How to add your signature
Gmail
Open Settings → See all settings → General → Signature. Create a new signature, paste, and save changes at the bottom.
Outlook
Open Settings → Mail → Compose and reply (or File → Options → Mail → Signatures on desktop). Paste into the editor and save.
Apple Mail
Open Mail → Settings → Signatures, add a signature, untick “Always match my default font”, then paste.
